You know spring is here and summer is coming with all of the fruit related recipes swirling around the blogosphere. Truly the best time of year; nice weather, shorts, cute summer dresses and all of the really good fruit is in season and on sale (i.e. strawberries, nectarines and peaches). Just glorious.
This week has been full of moving preparations for next week (who knew it was so much work to move just 20 minutes up town?) and GRE studying (i.e. procrastination). Let’s hope tomorrow is the last time I have to take the test. Besides moving, at the end of next week I’m also off to the Big Apple for 24 hours to see college friends I haven’t seen since graduation day last spring. There will likely be many happy tears (at least on my end), mirthful laughter and eating (i.e. scarfing down) as many street soft pretzels, street gyros and Juniors’ cheesecake as I can. Ah, New York, how I have missed you so.
